Naoko Costantini

CEO/Owner

After years in the consulting world, Naoko purchased Metroclean in 2003 to fulfill her dream of becoming a business owner. Management knowledge gained from her Rice University MBA was put to use to restructure Metroclean into a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE). She developed employee retention programs to ensure a more stable workforce and built new banking relationships to secure proper financing for Metroclean’s growth. Under her guidance, Metroclean has consistently upgraded internal systems and technology to allow the company to truly serve its customers to the best of its ability. 

Jose Perez

Regional Vice President - Operations

As the Regional Vice President of Operations for Metroclean, Jose Perez has a hands-on approach to leadership and believes in leading by example. He brings over 23 years of management experience and over 11 years of facility services experience. Due to his extensive management background, Jose excels in team building, accountability, follow up and training. He joined the Metroclean team as the Director of Operations in 2011. Through his dedication and knowledge of the company and the industry, Jose rose to become an important leader in the organization. His leadership and relationship building abilities have allowed Metroclean to continue to flourish in the industry. 

Lorenzo Costantini

Regional Vice President - Business Development

After 25 years of coaching Division I Football, Lorenzo joined the Metroclean team as the Director of Operations. His trilingual capabilities – English, Spanish and Italian, and “teamwork makes the dream work” mentality allowed him to quickly adjust to working with the operations team and gain valuable industry knowledge. Through the knowledge, training and certifications gained as the Director of Operations, Lorenzo was promoted to the Regional Vice President of Business Development in order to leverage strong relationships and experience with K-12 districts and higher education. His coaching roots are seen throughout his approach to the business development team from leadership to customer relationships.  

Dennis Baonguis

Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Baonguis joined Metroclean as its Chief Financial Officer on January 2022.  Dennis is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and human resources.  As CFO, Dennis partners with each area of the business to assists with their financial success.  Dennis brings to Metroclean more than 20 years of global experience at Big 4 and mid-market audit firms focusing on financial statements audits with a wide range of industry.  Prior to this position, he was an Audit Director for Briggs & Veselka Co.  Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.  Dennis is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant.

Elizabeth Barrera

Controller

Here from the beginning, Elizabeth has the distinction of being one of the first few Metroclean hires over 20 years ago. As Controller she is responsible for the management of the office and is the head of the accounting department. She oversees payroll, billing and purchasing and believes in building a strong bond with her team. Elizabeth’s experience and attention to detail has made her a critical asset to Metroclean and she is the go-to person when there are any questions regarding company software, financials and history.

Maria Robles

Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Maria Robles is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization. She boasts over 30 years of human resources and leadership experience. Maria has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, compensation and benefits, federal and state law compliance and human resource management systems (HRIS). She is a firm believer in process and communication and in the golden rule of “Do unto others as you have them do unto you.” Finally, since joining the team, Maria has taken the initiative to redefine the human resources department at Metroclean, taking the company and team to new levels of excellence.
